Duties:

As an Survey Statistician, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

  1. Design survey methodologies, questionnaires, data collection procedures, project plans, resource requirements, and documentation to support public health data collection and analysis activities.
  2. Apply statistical methods to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, resolve methodological issues, evaluate data quality, and ensure the validity and reliability of survey findings.
  3. Develop comprehensive reports, publications, presentations, and technical summaries that communicate survey methodologies, analytical results, and public health findings to stakeholders.
  4. Advise program officials, researchers, and external partners on survey design, statistical techniques, data interpretation, and methodological best practices.
  5. Direct or coordinate statistical studies, oversee project activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, review technical work products, and support organizational decision-making through evidence-based analyses and recommendations.
