What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective customers by phone, email, and text
- Develop new business through company-generated opportunities and referrals
- Recommend insurance products based on each client's unique needs
- Prepare quotes and guide customers through the application process
- Build long-term relationships by providing outstanding customer service
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maintain engagement
- Look for additional coverage opportunities that benefit customers
- Maintain accurate client records and activity using company systems
- Consistently work toward established production goals
