Marketing & Social Media Intern — Las Vegas, NV

Job Description: Marketing & Social Media Intern — VeriPic makes software for Law Enforcement. We are a well-established vendor and have been producing this system since 1998. The company also offers products for the construction, medical, and manufacturing industries, and is currently launching a new app for the construction industry.

You will join our marketing team to help build and grow our social media presence. We will create content together at first, and as you gain experience you will eventually take over our social media accounts entirely. This is a hands-on opportunity for a college student who is passionate about social media and loves creating video content.

You will primarily support our flagship VeriPic product, while also helping launch and grow our new construction app. Beyond social media, you will learn and assist with ad campaign management, website management, email marketing, and other general marketing functions. There is a chance of full-time job placement after the duration of the internship.

Duties:

• Create, edit, and publish content for our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more).
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for each platform.
• Work alongside our team to develop content, then gradually take ownership of our social media accounts.
• Support social media efforts for both the VeriPic product and our new construction app.
• Learn and assist with ad campaign management, website management, and email marketing.
• Help with general marketing tasks as needed.
• This is an internship with flexible hours.
• This position requires being in the office. This is not a remote position.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled college student (any year, any major).
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and current trends.
• Passionate about social media and content creation.
• Comfortable creating and editing videos. You do not need to be an expert in advanced editing software, but experience with each platform's native editors or CapCut is a plus.

Desirable Qualifications:

• A portfolio, personal account, or examples of social content you have created.
• Any experience with ad campaigns, email marketing, or website management tools.
• Interest in pursuing a full-time marketing career.
