Business Analyst

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology, helping us build products that solve real customer challenges.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with product managers, software engineers, AI teams, and stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze data, and translate business problems into scalable technology solutions.

You'll play a key role in improving business processes, defining product requirements, and ensuring our platform delivers maximum value to customers.

What You'll Do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements
  • Work with data teams to generate reports, dashboards, and actionable business insights
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to support product decisions
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
  • Maintain project documentation, workflows, and business process maps

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in SaaS or technology companies
  • Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or data-driven products
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations
  • Experience creating wireframes or process flow diagrams using Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma
  • Certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus
