We are a clean beauty facial spa built on sophisticated, educated expertise that still feels warm and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. Our estheticians are called Glow Givers, because that is what they are, the skincare best friend a client looks up to. Our West Adams location is in an exciting growth phase, and we are looking for skilled, seasoned estheticians to grow it with us.

This is a role for a genuinely experienced treatment room professional. We require at least three years of hands-on experience in the treatment room, and that experience has to include confident, skilled extractions and fluency across a range of modalities such as dermaplaning, LED, microcurrent, gua sha, and chemical exfoliation. 

If you are newly licensed or still building your foundational skills, this particular role will not be the right fit, and that is completely okay. Only serious, experienced applicants should apply, because we are hiring for mastery, not for potential.

What you will do

You will perform our signature facials with precision and care, deliver flawless extractions, and move fluidly between the modalities our menu calls for.

 Alongside facials, this role requires brow and lash artistry, specifically brow shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts, and lash tints. These services are a core, non-negotiable part of the Glow Giver position, so you should be confident and current in all of them.

Just as important, you will help us grow. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to build their own book, bring new clients through the door, turn first-time guests into loyal regulars, and treat the growth of West Adams as a shared mission rather than someone else's job. Keeping our space immaculate is part of the role, not an afterthought. Every Glow Giver takes real pride in a spotless spa, which means staying on top of laundry, resetting each treatment room beautifully between clients, and keeping the whole space picture perfect for the next guest who walks in.

How the schedule works

West Adams is still building, so the calendar ebbs and flows while we grow the book together. This is an active room, and it is not a place to clock in and wait for the day to pass. During slower stretches we use call-in scheduling so that your time on the floor is spent working, building, and earning rather than idling. We need someone who is proactive about filling their own book, who treats every booked hour as a chance to wow a client and win the rebooking, and who is willing and able to maximize our schedule and follow management's updated call-in times when demand is light. If you are energized by building something and staying busy, rather than waiting for a full calendar to be handed to you, you will thrive here.

Who you are

A licensed esthetician with at least three years of treatment room experience,

extractions included.

Fluent across multiple modalities and confident recommending the right one for

each client.

Skilled and current in brow shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts, and

lash tints.

A natural relationship builder who loves converting new guests into devoted

regulars.

Willing and able to maximize our schedule and to follow management's updated

call-in times during slower periods.

A true team player who lifts up the people around them and protects the client

experience.

Passionate about a pristine space, and happy to keep laundry done, rooms

reset, and the whole spa picture perfect, because presentation is part of the

experience we deliver.

Enthusiastic, and we mean genuinely enthusiastic, about learning and delivering

our protocols exactly as designed. We have a specific Cheeks way of doing

things, and consistency is how we keep our standard high, so we need

someone who embraces our methods rather than substituting their own.

Compensation and benefits

This is a W2 employee position, not contract work, with a compensation structure designed to reward both great service and real growth:

Competitive hourly base of $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience,

paid for every hour you work.

Service commission on the facials you perform, on top of your base.

Tiered retail product commission, up to 25 percent on our proprietary Cheeks +

Co skincare, so your product expertise pays you directly.

Monthly performance bonuses across retail performance, membership

conversions, and team retention.

A new-client rebooking bonus every time you turn a first-time guest into a

returning one.
