No insurance experience? No problem.

The company provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and assistance obtaining your New York Property & Casualty Insurance License. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and building relationships, we'll teach you everything else.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with new and existing clients

Help individuals and families protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions

Learn to quote and sell personal insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Umbrella, and other personal lines coverage

Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better serve clients

Follow up on leads, referrals, and client inquiries

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Maintain accurate client records using agency technology

Work alongside experienced insurance professionals who will mentor your development

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required

Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

Ability to obtain a New York Property & Casualty Insurance License (company-sponsored training provided)
