What you'd do

• Call inbound leads for our clinical trials and screen them against study criteria
• Run the informed consent conversation and answer participant questions about the protocol
• Schedule sessions, send reminders, chase no-shows and re-book them
• Log everything in our participant tracker and keep records audit-clean
• Report where the funnel is leaking so we can fix it
• Once trained, run study sessions yourself: device fitting, data collection, session notes
