Field Service Installer

Chesterfield’s Field Service Installer is the face of the company on-site, responsible for the full lifecycle of an awning installation — final field measurements, installation, takedown, and repair/maintenance of fabric and metal structures, including retractable motor systems. The Field Service Installer will need to have balanced experience of hands-on trade skills, customer-facing professionalism, and an intellectual curiosity that enables real-life problem-solving capabilities. Field Service Installers will be provided with company vehicles, tools and equipment to perform daily activities. The working conditions and physical demands for this job do require working in varying weather conditions, lifting/carrying materials, climbing ladders, and managing through unknown jobsite variables. Field Service Installer is expected to handle customer questions and concerns professionally, de-escalate issues, leave a positive impression, and dress in clean work-appropriate attire.
