Clinical Laboratory Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Operations Specialist (Contract) to support clinical studies conducted at hospital and laboratory sites across the United States.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent MS or PhD graduate looking to gain hands-on industry experience in the medical device and clinical research space. Prior industry experience is not required; however, experience working in a laboratory environment is required.

The ideal candidate has a background in biology, biomedical sciences, pathology, laboratory sciences, biotechnology, or a related field and is comfortable learning new technologies, solving problems independently, and working directly with clinical laboratory personnel.

What You'll Do

  • Work onsite at hospital and laboratory study sites
  • Operate specialized laboratory and imaging equipment
  • Support clinical study workflows and data collection
  • Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues
  • Coordinate activities with laboratory personnel and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with study procedures

What We're Looking For

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, Laboratory Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Hands-on laboratory experience required (academic, research, clinical, or industry)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working directly with hospital and laboratory staff
  • Willingness to travel extensively to support clinical study activities
