As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1:1 with clients in a supportive clinic-based environment, helping them build meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You'll receive training, guidance, and ongoing support from experienced clinical professionals while developing skills that can help prepare you for a long-term career in behavioral health.

🧩 What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will:
- Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to assigned clients
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans under clinical supervision
- Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate data to help the clinical team measure client progress
- Complete timely session notes and documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and other team members
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
- Create a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment for clients
🎓 Who We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
- Interested in psychology, ABA, behavioral health, education, or child development
- Comfortable working directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
- Able to follow structured treatment plans and clinical guidance
- Motivated to develop professionally and grow within the ABA field
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training preferred, but not required
- Previous experience working with children, autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or education is a plus
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and employment requirements
- Reliable transportation

💼 Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
