🧩 What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to assigned clients
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans under clinical supervision
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data to help the clinical team measure client progress
• Complete timely session notes and documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and other team members
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
• Create a positive, supportive, and encouraging environment for clients

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
• Interested in psychology, ABA, behavioral health, education, or child development
• Comfortable working directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
• Able to follow structured treatment plans and clinical guidance
• Motivated to develop professionally and grow within the ABA field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a related field preferred
• RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT training preferred, but not required
• Previous experience working with children, autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or education is a plus
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and employment requirements
• Reliable transportation

💼 Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
