Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Web Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, API development, and Microsoft Azure experience, along with knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud platforms, DevOps, and Agile development practices.

The developer will translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions, contribute to application architecture and design, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure applications follow security and software development best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience developing and supporting backend web applications, open-source web programming technologies, frameworks, and modern development practices.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET for enterprise application development.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, optimization, query performance tuning, and development.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, including authentication and scalable API architectures.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps/DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core and modern backend development frameworks.
  • Experience with Java, Python, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Oracle databases.
  • Experience with AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub and source-code management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, peer code reviews, security, session management, and software development best practices.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and independently translate them into technical solutions.
  • 1-2 years of experience with EMC Centera / Content Addressed Storage (CAS) is preferred/required based on project needs.
