Entry-Level Event Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, attending events, and developing professional skills in a fast-paced environment.
No previous event experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and activations
- Help coordinate event setup, organization, and breakdown
- Welcome and engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and answer questions about products, services, and promotions
- Support customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
- Help create a positive and memorable experience for attendees
- Work closely with the event and marketing team to ensure smooth event execution
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
- Participate in training focused on communication, customer service, marketing, and leadership
