Base Salary: (Atlanta, Los Angeles and SF Bay Area) Range: $40,000-$70,000

Annual Bonus: Eligible employees may be considered for an annual performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance. Bonus eligibility, amount, and payment are subject to the applicable company bonus plan and are not guaranteed.

Position Overview
We are hiring three Regional Supply Chain Operations Officers, with one opening in Los Angeles, one in the San Francisco Bay Area, and one in Atlanta. Each coordinator will support regional order fulfillment, customer delivery, warehouse and transportation coordination, local service-provider relationships, and communication between the regional market and company leadership. The role may be filled at the Coordinator or Senior Coordinator level depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Track customer orders from confirmation through final delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, drivers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor inventory availability, shipment status, arrival dates, receiving, and final-mile delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchase-order, sales-order, shipment, inventory, and delivery records.
• Schedule deliveries, warehouse appointments, site visits, inspections, and regional operational activities.
• Resolve or escalate delays, shortages, damaged goods, incorrect deliveries, missing paperwork, returns, and claims.
• Communicate order and shipment status to customers and internal teams.
• Support customer onboarding and local supplier, warehouse, carrier, and service-provider management.
• Prepare regional operational reports and track open action items.
• Travel locally to support customers, warehouses, suppliers, and operational matters.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in supply chain, import/export, logistics, transportation, warehousing, procurement, distribution, order fulfillment, or customer operations is preferred.
• Candidates with 2-5 years of relevant industry experience will receive priority.
• Strong recent graduates may be considered with a related degree and relevant internship, co-op, coursework, or project experience.
• Basic understanding of order fulfillment, inventory, transportation, warehousing, supplier coordination, or customer delivery.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, shipment-tracking, or order-management systems is preferred.
• Strong execution, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally; Mandarin-English bilingual ability is a plus.
