SHINE Pediatric Therapy Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We provide PT, OT, and ST services in a collaborative, strengths‑based environment where children and families feel supported, empowered, and celebrated.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of children’s physical conditions and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize effective, up‑to‑date therapeutic techniques
- Provide education to families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and home strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to support optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Stay current on physical therapy best practices and pediatric development
Requirements
- A fun, playful personality to engage children
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with children, families, and team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
