Springs Charter Schools is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Nutrition Services to lead and oversee our school nutrition program across the organization. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who understands that a successful nutrition program is about more than meals—it’s about student well-being, quality, compliance, service, and creating positive experiences for students every day.

Working collaboratively with school leaders, staff, families, and students, the Director will champion innovative and appealing meal programs that meet students' nutritional needs while supporting the overall educational environment. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can balance big-picture strategy with operational excellence, develop and support a strong team, and continuously look for ways to improve the student dining experience.

Education and Experience

* Possession of a 4-year college degree in nutrition or compatible discipline OR a bachelor’s degree in any field and five years of experience in management of school nutrition programs.
* Must hold a valid food safety manager's certificate.
