Personal Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Personal Assistant to provide personal, administrative and household support to the Principal. This role requires discretion, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks while responding to the Principal’s day-to-day needs.
Responsibilities
· Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the Principal’s Outlook calendar, coordinate appointments and meetings, and prepare weekly schedules.
· Communication Support: Assist with email, text, and telephone communications, including drafting correspondence, coordinating calls, and maintaining contacts.
· Personal Assistance & Errands: Handle banking, meal pickup, vehicle servicing, local errands, deliveries, and other personal tasks as needed.
· Purchasing: Coordinate online and in-person purchases for the home, office, and personal needs, including supplies, clothing, gifts, and other items.
· Household Coordination: Work with property management, vendors, contractors, and service providers to coordinate household repairs, maintenance, and other services.
· Daily Personal Support: Assist with the Principal’s daily routine, and personal requests. Record daily blood pressure readings and organize pre-sorted medications from a family-provided list. This is practical support, not clinical care — no medical training is required or expected, and you will not be asked to make medical judgments. Provide friendly companionship and conversation.
· Travel Support: Occasionally assist with travel arrangements, including itineraries, hotels, restaurants, and other reservations.

· Facility with Microsoft Outlook, iPhone, tablets, and basic technology troubleshooting.
· Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation preferred.
