Territory Support Representative
Job Title: Territory Support Representative (Golf Bags, Travel, Outerwear, Push Carts)
Department: Sales & Operations
Reports to: Director of Green Grass Sales & Partnerships
Job Summary:
The Territory Support Representative (TSR) plays a key part in supporting the sales efforts of our Golf Bags, Outerwear, Travel, and Push Cart product lines. The Territory Support Representative will work closely with the sales management team, Independent Sales Reps, internal departments to ensure smooth operations, manage customer needs, and drive the overall success of the territory.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to Territory Sales Managers and field sales representatives.
- Order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of orders for golf bags, outerwear, travel, push carts, and accessories.
- Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and post-sales support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distribution partners in the assigned territory.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management & Logistics:
- Track inventory levels for golf bags, outerwear, travel, and push carts to ensure availability and minimize stockouts.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage shipping and delivery timelines.
- Product forecasting to ensure timely restocking of products based on territory demand.

Product Knowledge & Training:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, including the features and benefits of various golf bags, outerwear, and push carts.
- Support product training sessions for customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate product information is communicated effectively.

Reporting & Data Management:
- Territory sales reporting, tracking key performance metrics, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular updates on territory performance and customer feedback to the Vice President of Sales and Director of Customer Service.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Lead product launches, promotions, and events within the territory.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of golf products, specifically golf bags, outerwear, and push carts, is a plus.
- Experience with order management, inventory tracking, and logistics.
Education/Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the golf equipment industry or sports-related products.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel to support events or meet with customers as needed.
- Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time,
- Ability to use a computer/keyboard for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry product samples (up to 25 pounds).
