International law firm is hiring a Paralegal to join their growing midtown Manhattan office.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of investment management and fund formation Paralegal experience
• Top large law firm experience, strongly preferred
• SEC filing experience, required
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Established research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

***Recent 2026 college graduates with strong educational experience and legal-focused internship experience will be considered for this immediate role***

Additional information:
• Salary: $50K - $120K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K and more upon perm hire!
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week remote
