Role Summary

We are looking for an Affiliate Program Manager to own the TikTok Affiliate Program end to end. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program, including payments, incentives, gifting, and performance tracking. The Creative and Content Lead will continue to provide content direction and set creative goals but will not be involved in daily program management.

This role will also take ownership of the College Program. In the interim, the Creative and Content Lead will provide support and direction, with full ownership transitioning to this role on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the TikTok Affiliate Program from end to end
    Process affiliate payments accurately and on schedule
  • Set and track monthly goals and incentive structures
  • Manage product gifting to affiliates
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance
  • Take ownership of the College Program, with interim guidance from the Creative and Content Lead
  • Partner with the Creative and Content Lead to align program activity with broader content and creative direction

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing affiliate, ambassador, or creator programs
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and metrics simultaneously
  • Experience handling payments, incentive tracking, and performance reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally without owning creative decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
