Operations Manager

International private credit firm RTMI is looking for an operations manager to support it's US expansion 

We're looking for a creative and adaptable operations manager - this role entails helping senior management build and carry out processes, from deal making to risk management. This is a role to step up as a leader and an intrapreneur. 

Day-to-Day:

• Managing deal processing: contract work, verification, documentation
• Assisting & managing the company's financial analysts and sales team 
• Ensuring smooth coordination between all functions and departments of the company
• Managing a multi-million dollar portfolio via processing and monitoring

Requirements:

• Microsoft 365 (outlook, word, excel) skills
• Experience working in a fast pace enviroment 
• Communication skills 
• Degree in a financial major - preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Creative problem-solving mindset
