DPT Physical Therapist

Location: Sherman Oaks, CA and Chatsworth, CA Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

About the Role We're looking for a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our clinical team. You'll evaluate and treat patients across a range of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, helping them recover function and get back to the things that matter to them.

What You'll Do - Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans - Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other evidence-based interventions - Track patient progress and adjust plans as needed - Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time - Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and support staff - Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention - Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and facility policies

About You - Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program - Current California PT license (or eligibility to obtain) - Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on manual therapy skills - Clear communicator with patients and care teams alike - Comfortable working independently and managing a caseload

Nice to Have - Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehab - Orthopedic certifications (OCS, CSCS, or similar) - Familiarity with EMR systems
