What You’ll Do:

 

  • Field Prospecting: Meet face-to-face with local business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to build relationships and represent our client T-Mobile.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-analyses to understand client pain points and present custom business solutions.
  • Full-Cycle Closing: Own the entire process from initial visit to contract signature.
  • Daily Coaching & Strategy: Participate in daily morning meetings and professional development workshops.
  • Pipeline Management: Track daily activity, visits, and follow-ups in our CRM.

 

What We Look For:

 

  • Experience: Background in retail, hospitality, door-to-door, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred (1+ year preferred, but not required).
  • Mindset: Highly competitive, resilient, highly coachable, and self-driven.
  • Communication: Confident initiating conversations in person and building rapport quickly.
