You'll run the OT program in a skilled nursing setting where your evaluations shape the plan of care and your team carries it out. Our residents come to us after hospital stays to rebuild the skills they need to go home safely, and you'll guide that process from evaluation through discharge. What You'll Do:

• Complete OT evaluations and reevaluations, and build function based plans of care
• Treat residents across ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity rehab, cognitive retraining, and visual perceptual skills
• Recommend adaptive equipment and fabricate splints as clinically indicated
• Supervise OTAs and guide rehab aides and fieldwork students
• Lead discharge planning, including home safety recommendations
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and families on resident progress
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

What You Need

• California OT license, or pending licensure
• Graduate of an accredited OT program and NBCOT certified
• Current BLS/CPR, or willingness to obtain
• Skilled nursing, post acute, or hospital experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility
