Sales Representative (High Volulme Cold Calling)

Job Description

Sales Representatives will be responsible for sourcing new deals for several different lines of business, including commercial real estate loans and financial consulting. They will be provided extensive training in all products offered and in real estate and finance principles, and will be required to meet regular sales thresholds both in terms of closings and contacts made. Associates will target commercial real estate owners, sales brokers and mortgage brokers to expand firm’s network and reach. Extensive emailing and phone calling is required, in addition to face-to-face meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Ability to make 100-120 cold calls per day
• Proven experience as salesperson a must.
• Experience with sales in either financial or real estate sectors a plus.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salaried Position: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year + Substantial Commission
