Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Inclusive Consulting Services 

Location: Chandler & Ahwatukee

No clinical experience? No problem. We provide 100% of the training and pay for your professional certification.

The Role: Impact over Service

You’ll work one-on-one with neurodivergent individuals (like those with Autism) to help them lead independent lives.

  • Teach Life Skills: Help clients master daily routines, from cooking at home to navigating their neighborhood.
  • Employment Coaching: Support individuals at their own jobs so they can reach their career goals.
  • Bridge Communication: Help clients find their voice and express their needs.
