Program Manager
Worksite Location: Hood River
Work Schedule: Full-Time; 40 of hours per week
Salary/Wage Range: $71,753 - $80,787 per year
Reports to: Director of Programs Treatment and Youth Services

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is reflective, respectful, intuitive, honest, and self-motivated. We’re looking for someone who is able to connect and build trust quickly with a variety of people. We’re also looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, knows how to prioritize tasks, and can work independently as well as part of a team.
What you will do…
• Oversee screening, hiring and training of Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) and Group Home staff
• Assist and coordinate ongoing training for staff
• Provide individual supervision of treatment staff on a weekly basis, or as needed
• Oversee the assignment and supervision of work of treatment staff by designated supervise
• Approve time off requests and timecards for payroll
• Review all Incident Reports and events requiring action
• Work in collaboration with the team to monitor, track and review all BRS provided by staff
• Oversee and follow up on compliance issues with client files to ensure all documentation is present and complete and meet contract standards; coordinate flow of documentation with Administration Office
• Oversee and coordinate quality assurance measures, outcome, reviews and necessary reports
• Ensure Agency and program specific policy and procedures are followed
• Coordinate contracted services with other agencies and professionals
• Participate in TNDI Strategic planning and align program goals and objectives to support overall TNDI mission
• Support the development of TNDI program goals and objectives and budget
• Maintain cooperative relationships and build advocacy with other social service/governmental agencies and community stakeholders and the public
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education, Experience, and Requirements…
Required:
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s in psychology, sociology or closely related + 5 years
leadership in BRS programming
• Valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance and reliable transportation
• Experience leading programming for at risk youth
• Experience working with grants and contracts
• Supervisory experience
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
