Job Summary:

As a Server at Golden Lanzhou Bowls restaurant, you play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Answer guest questions about the menu and make recommendations.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Operational Duties:
  • Set up tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with bussing tables and resetting dining areas.
  • Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.
• Teamwork:
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills to accurately calculate bills and make change.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
