Optimum Financial Services is seeking a dedicated, professional Customer Service Front Desk Representative to join our team. What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist clients as they enter the office, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar
  • Assist with client check-ins and provide necessary documentation
  • Maintain office organization, including handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Process payments, manage client records, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless office operations during peak times

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Proven customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-traffic, fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, friendly demeanor and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Availability to work every other weekend (required)
  • Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish will receive extra hourly pay
  • Must be available to start training immediately
