Marketing Associate
Promotional Writing & Graphics
- Assist with writing of Brochures, Press Releases, Website Content, trade show posts, E-Mail Blasts and all other forms of corporate communications; both print and electronic
- Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate LinkedIN and other social media content
- Create story boards for internal or external graphic artist(s) and communicate changes in an organized and easily understood manner
- Edit, proofread, and revise all communications with strong attention to grammar
- Promote products and services through public relations initiatives and develops marketing communications campaigns
- Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress (or other website software) as well as other software to manipulate information/photos
- Assist with preparation of company presentations in PowerPoint
Website (aquasolcorporation.com, aquasolwelding.com, aquasolpaper.com, dissolvo.com)
- Coordinate with Programmer, Translation Company, IT & Graphic Designer on all changes. Schedule monthly calls and monitor performance of outside vendors.
- Update NEWS AND EVENTS section with press releases and any other changes as needed
- Assist with SEO, key words, monitoring of web rankings and other statistical measures of performance
- Monitor sites daily to ensure all websites are operational
- Quarterly checks on all links to ensure proper function
Analysis & Tracking
- Monitor Google Ad Words and makes recommendations for improvements
- Prepare post e-mail blast reports
- Monitor LinkedIN followers and develops methods of increasing
Trade Shows
- Prepare catalog entry and on-line posts
- Assist with merging Database with leads post show
- Coordinate pre and post mass e-mails in Swiftpage
- Coordinate physical mail merge of samples and marketing materials
- May assist with CD and DVD creation for pre and/or post show follow up
Media
- Assist with writing scripts for product videos
- Maintain corporate packaging (Boxes, cores, etc) printed (inserts, etc) and promotional material (product literature, etc) filing system in print and electronically
- Maintain corporate image (photos, diagrams, etc) files electronically (naming convention)
- Ensure Graphic Artists and outside vendors prepare/send necessary files
- Manage brochure inventory and re-ordering
- Create lists of photos to be taken and attend photoshoots
Correspondence
- Prepare correspondence as assigned by executive staff
Other
- Q Drive organization/optimization
- Party Planning
- ACT! Organization/optimization/general mail merges
- Other duties as assigned
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Microsoft Office (Word, ACT, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
- Experience with MAC (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Outgoing personality with an ability to speak on the phone
