Summer Intern - Talent Management Team

Delap is actively pursuing a Summer Intern to support the Talent Management Team! Talent Management is part of Internal Services, whose mission is to drive and lead all operations for the entire Delap Community, paving the way for our amazing colleagues to do what they do best, which is serving our clients. This Summer Intern will have a strategic focus on Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical skills and complete projects across all Internal Services, primarily focused on Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Recruitment. 
• Learn how to deliver outstanding service to employees, understanding their needs and fostering positive interactions, while building meaningful connections. 
• Engage in leadership development and actively participate in team management, leadership initiatives, and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to implement practical solutions. 
• Navigate a wide selection of firm software while considering and communicating other innovative solutions.
• Engage with all firm service lines including Tax, Assurance, Managed IT Services, Business Advisory, and Wealth Advisory.
• Attend leadership training modules, including time management and professional etiquette. 
• Develop strong professional communication skills.

 

Qualifications: 
• On track for a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology or a related field.   
• A minimum GPA of 3.30. 
• Having a positive attitude and a curious growth mindset are non-negotiable!   
• Embrace new technology and innovation.
