 Starting Pay: $20.50 – $23.50/hour
 Multiple Locations Available | Mileage Reimbursed
⏰ Full-time | Flexible Schedule | On-Call Support

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families? Join Boys Town as an In-Home Family Services Specialist (IHFS) and provide hands-on support to families in need. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that empowers families to overcome challenges, build healthy routines, and grow stronger together.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support families using a solution-focused, skills-based approach
  • Collaborate with schools, doctors, and other local partners
  • Help families build routines, manage behavior, and set goals
  • Provide crisis response support on a rotating schedule

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or equivalent experience based on location)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children/families
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends
