Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Beyond The Behavior is hiring for the summer at our Frisco location! Our ideal new hire is energetic, passionate about helping children with autism, ready to contribute to a great team, and has a thirst for knowledge! Full time (9-5:30) and part time (12:30-5:30) hours are available, no evening, no weekends!  This opportunity is from May to August 2025.  

What you will do:

  • Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 and small groups to children with autism ages 2-11
  • Work in a center-based setting where support and training is always available
  • Build relationships with our clients, their families, and coworkers
  • Collect and summarize client data
  • While the RBT credential is preferred, we will train you!
