What You’ll Do:
- Learn all aspects of running a 7-Eleven store, from operations and customer service to inventory and team management
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing store team members

- Manage store performance and drive sales goals
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Strong leadership qualities and a desire to grow with the company
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
