Administrative Support Specialist

Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist – Client Services

Location: Hartland, WI

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to support our Client Service team with routing job tickets, data entry, and general administrative tasks. This role blends digital coordination with physical office workflow and requires strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Ticket Routing 

Route job tickets from remote teams to internal departments (e.g., press, digital)

Send instructions via email or print and hand-deliver as needed

Ensure proper order, formatting, and required initials when applicable

Data Entry & Spreadsheet Updates 

Input data into internal databases and spreadsheets

Maintain accuracy and consistency across records

System-Based Order Management 

Retrieve orders from EDI or OOP systems

Print and route orders to appropriate teams

Make necessary updates to order status

General Administrative Projects 

Assist with administrative tasks and special projects

Support team needs as workload fluctuates

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working with both digital tools and physical materials

Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
