What you’d do at TheraPlay Spot:
• Evaluate children from infants through teens with a variety of diagnoses using standardized tests, clinical observation and parent interview & collaboration
• Create individual POC's with achievable and meaningful goals
• Treat children through playful and highly beneficial sessions
• Adapt therapy to each child's needs to achieve successful results
• Empower and coach parents for home carryover and buy-in to the therapy process
• Communicate mindfully and effectively with children, families, and co-workers
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Attend and participate in regular staff meetings, presentations, and in-services
What We’re Looking For:
• One full-time OTR employee or two part-time OTR employees 
• Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision (unless participating in the Mentorship Program)
• At least one year of outpatient pediatric experience is preferred but we will invest in passionate new grads and experienced OTR’s wanting to make the switch to outpatient pediatrics
• Bonus points for sensory-based feeding experience with picky eating and food aversions. Paid training is available for those willing to specialize.

Our Must-Haves:
Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy
Licenses: Kansas OT license, Driver’s license
Must pass prior employer check and criminal background check
