The role focuses on leading process improvement initiatives within a Distribution Center using various tools and methods such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies. Key responsibilities include:

• Minimizing losses through the Walmart Performance System (WPS) programs.
• Delivering results via KPI analysis, loss elimination, and standard work.
• Reviewing and responding to area managers' process improvement projects.
• Applying new network One Best Way playbooks.
• Contributing to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams for project ideation and replication.
• Managing project execution to address significant losses.
• Developing capabilities of area managers and associates.
• Supporting area loss profile analysis and performance metrics.
• Conducting gap analysis for WPS integration.
• Assisting Department Managers with WPS programs, projects, associate engagement, and KPI improvements.
• Leading savings projects and overseeing initiatives to meet business needs.
• Promoting company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Providing supervision and development opportunities for associates.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting the company's mission and values.
