Special Education Teacher

The Webster School District is seeking two highly qualified, full-time, Special Education Teachers, one at the high school level and one at the elementary level, beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. We are seeking dynamic educators that love children and believe in inclusive special education.

Applicants must be student focused with an ability to maintain a safe, respectful and productive classroom environment. Knowledge and experience in Inclusion and Push-in/Pull-out Models is desired. Emotional Behavior Disabilities Special Education Licensure is preferred but not required. We are willing to work with candidates to obtain proper licensure.

The Webster School District is located in rural northwestern Wisconsin, halfway between the Twin Cities and Duluth, MN. Our District encompasses roughly 550 square miles with many lakes and outdoor recreational opportunities. The Webster School District has a diverse population with 17 percent of our student body of Native American descent.
