**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and canvassing potential leads, conducting introductory meetings, and maintaining consistent communication through phone and email. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual with a passion for energy efficiency and a desire to excel in a performance-based environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and canvass for potential leads in the commercial energy efficiency and services sector.
- Conduct introductory meetings to present Madison Energy Group's solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects through phone and email.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and maximize performance.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy efficiency or commercial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to prospect and generate leads.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with a 100% commission/performance-based compensation structure.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
