  • Lead special projects and promotional campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets and timelines with attention to detail.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and social media innovations.

What We’re Looking For

We value passion, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. If you're enthusiastic about making a difference—even if you don’t meet every preferred qualification—we want to hear from you.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in content creation and engagement across major social media platforms.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and excited to bring new ideas to the table.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders including staff, volunteers, donors, and program participants.

Why BIANJ?

At BIANJ, you’ll join a mission-driven team that values empathycreativity, and collaboration. We offer a supportive work environment where your voice matters and your work truly helps others. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career while doing meaningful work in the nonprofit sector.
