Job Title:                     Sales Intern
Location:                     Dallas, TX (onsite at Shops at Legacy office)
Duration:                     3-6 months (Can be confirmed, based on performance)
Compensation:       12$-14$ 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team. The intern will support our sales and business development efforts by researching potential clients, assisting with outreach, and contributing to client engagement strategies. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the staffing and recruiting industry while learning about B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential client leads through innovative campaigns
  • Support outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (Including creatives, insights from industry data)
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems and sales documentation
  • Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand staffing needs and align sales pitches accordingly
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking KPIs
  • Attend networking events or job fairs when applicable

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Interest in the staffing or HR industry
