Legal Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Legal Operations Analyst to join our team and help build the future of mass action litigation. This teammate will work directly with our Legal Operations Manager to execute and optimize workflows for managing individual consumer lawsuits at scale. Our Legal Operations Analyst will assist with developing and improving automated processes for injury substantiation, supporting quality assurance frameworks, and contributing to our case management systems. They will also help draft and execute client communications, analyze client satisfaction and operational efficiency data, and support the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions across our operations. Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (recent graduates welcome).
• Experience with data analysis, project management, or operations is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment is beneficial.
