AI Engineering Intern

Internship Focus:
This internship will focus on building AI solutions for the trades, specifically using large language models (LLMs) and integrating them with enterprise-level customer data. Interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world data, develop and optimize AI models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for industry-specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the AI team to design, develop, and train AI models tailored to the trades industry.

Work on data preprocessing and integration of enterprise-level customer data to train and fine-tune AI models.

Assist in developing tools to improve AI-driven decision-making in service workflows.

Participate in model evaluation, testing, and performance optimization to meet enterprise standards.

Contribute to building AI applications that enhance technician workflows, dispatching, and field operations.

Required Skills:

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) models and techniques.

Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Ability to work with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Strong problem-solving skills and interest in AI applications in real-world business scenarios.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of enterprise software systems and APIs.

Experience with large-scale AI model deployment or optimization.

Interest in the trades or industrial applications of AI.
