About the Role

Pearl Lemon is expanding into the tattoo and alternative lifestyle space—and we’re looking for a sales powerhouse to own the South African market.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead sales efforts across the region, working with tattoo studios, artists, and lifestyle retailers. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing deals—while working with an agile, globally distributed team.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and close deals with tattoo studios, artists, and lifestyle brands

     
  • Deliver pitches and product demos virtually and in-person

     
  • Own lead generation and account management across South Africa

     
  • Report on pipeline, KPIs, and conversion metrics

     
  • Collaborate with global teams across marketing, creative, and product

     
  • Be the face of Pearl Lemon in South Africa’s tattoo and lifestyle scene

     

 

 

What You Bring

  • 1+ years in B2B/B2C sales (bonus: experience in tattoo/lifestyle industries)

     
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

     
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working remotely or independently

     
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnel strategy

     
  • Familiarity with South African subculture and consumer trends

     
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
