Order Processing and Logistics Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly organized and dependable full-time Order Processing / Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Miami Gardens, FL. This role will support daily operations by managing incoming orders, assisting with customer communication, and handling a variety of administrative and personal assistant tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping LTL and small parcel shipments, be proficient in processing orders on Quickbooks, and be able to trace orders and email invoices for payment to customers.
