Retail Account Manager

Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving results? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Retail Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some sales or customer service experience looking to build a career in retail account management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
    • Prospect for potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Research target markets to identify leads and decision-makers.
  • Manage and Grow Existing Accounts
    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to increase account value.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
    • Tailor presentations to customer needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate and Close Sales Deals
    • Handle objections and negotiate pricing and terms.
    • Ensure agreements are properly executed and documented.
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
    • Consistently track and report on individual sales performance.
  • Maintain Product and Market Knowledge
    • Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and competitive landscape.
    • Attend training sessions, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow

Retail, customer service, or sales experience a plus, but not required
